RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will happily exchange, credit, refund (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached and are unworn and unwashed. Please lodge a return and send your returns back within 14 days of receiving your goods along with completed returns slip. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

FAULTY GOODS

All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
