We strive for the best service possible so endeavour to ship your goods within 1-2 days of your order, in most cases shipping will be the same day.  Goods will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.  Any orders placed during this time will be shipped the next working day. 

New Zealand

Standard Shipping (1-3 Working days) - Free on orders over $99.00 or NZD$9.99

Standard Shipping Local (Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Tauranga) - NZD$5.00

Rural Deliveries - $4 charge.  Unfortunately, we must charge this additional fee because rural delivery operators are subcontracted by NZ Post to deliver your parcel. NZ Post on-charge this fee to us.  If your order is over $99 and you quality for Free Shipping, your rural charge will still remain $4.

Standard Shipping (6 -14 Working days ) – AUD$19.00

DHL Express Shipping (2-4 Working Days) – AUD$35.00

   

United States

At this time we will not be shipping to the United States.

DHL Express Shipping (5-10 Working Days) – NZD$65.00

All purchases inside of New Zealand will not incur any additional taxes or customs charges.

All purchases travelling outside of New Zealand, Hello Stranger Kidswear is not liable for any additional duties or customs charges that may occur during transit and/or on delivery. Charges vary from country to country & Hello Stranger Kidswear has no control over these and cannot forsee what these charges might be. If you decide to refuse your purchase due to the cost of taxes/duties, this amount will be deducted from your purchase upon arrival back to Hello Stranger Kidswear. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted.
