Please login to your customer account using your email and request a return on the item(s) you wish. Your request will be reviewed by our team and a response and instructions will be emailed to you. Only APPROVED item(s) can be returned. Any other item(s) included will be returned to the customer. These item(s) will be held until the customer has covered the shipping costs.
New Zealand - We will happily exchange, credit, refund (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached and are unworn and unwashed. In the instance your order is returned for a refund any complimentary shipping costs that are offered at the time of your order being placed will be deducted from you refund. Please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
If your return is eligible for a refund, this can only be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be processed back on the same debit/credit card used, we cannot refund to a different payment method.
Purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size, or style are not eligible for a refund and exchange shipping costs is at the expense of the customer.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are final sale.
