New Zealand - We will happily exchange, credit, refund (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) any full-priced items that are in original condition, with tags attached and are unworn and unwashed.  In the instance your order is returned for a refund any complimentary shipping costs that are offered at the time of your order being placed will be deducted from you refund.  Please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your goods along with completed returns slip. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from date of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.  Returns received outside of the 14days will be returned back to the customer.

If your return is eligible for a refund, this can only be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be processed back on the same debit/credit card used, we cannot refund to a different payment method. 

Purchases that have previously been exchanged for another colour, size, or style are not eligible for a refund and exchange shipping costs is at the expense of the customer.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you would like to change your order, please return your item(s) with your Returns Card and select Refund and then purchase the item(s) and size you would like.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received by us.  If they meet our conditions of return you will be issued a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.

 

FAULTY GOODS
All items returned as faulty will be thoroughly examined, any items deemed subject to general wear will not be accepted as faulty. Return of faulty items must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery of your goods. If the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund.
